Walking through this valley,
acting like a fool to all around me.
Can’t translate the blueprint I see
It’s so clear to me internally,
and yet I never convey it properly.
Stutter stepping, losing dignity,
until I freeze…

I open my mouth and fire pours out of me,
It was the missing key that cured the doubt in me.
Now I need some oil of joy to quench the flame,
and keep from burning down everything around me.
A little living water to soothe these wounds and drink.

It seems, lately, I can’t help but sting,
It’s meant to be medicine, I swear it’s meant for helping!
I cry as they run from me… *I sigh and continue my journey*
Ponding this wandering, Maybe there is something to this scorpion thing…

I can’t conceal I feel things differently.
Strange to me, alien, but maybe it’s just me.
Am I destined to walk this majestic road alone, solo?
Experiencing life through a million strangers surrounding.
Somehow this idea feels like home to me.

Caught up in my feelings, then the whisperings.
The warm breeze in the trees,
What’s up little Grovey? *wind noogie*
Swirling in to tease the curls life made me.
Hey little baby, chin up what’s weighing on thee?

Don’t tease, I’m hurting.
Feeling a little exhausted with this journey.

What can I do to help? I feel so useless,
so small, like a tool in the wrong hands.

I look down at them, the scars,
the lines defined by the story passing
between us.

In You, I trust Infinity, eternally, even if the rest,
turn their back for lack of sense.
I will to turn to You running, calling.
Please, don’t leave without me!

I’m so afraid something so big might forget me.
It’s happened before in my upbringing…
Please convict me of the inkling You handle me intimately.
Remind me of the plans seeded in my destiny.
Lest I forget why I am fighting.

Look at all these things, they all amount to you and me.
When everything else left it was a lesson we agreed to,
Learning meant coming to the understanding,
they only left you to set you free.
Into the deep blue, where You were led to Me.
I wanted to walk with you so personally,
You’d start to see Everythings’ reflection through me,
and become one more boldly,
knowing you have Infinite protection.
