Dear Life,
Just so you know, it feels like I’m cracking,
Not a duck but I feel like quacking,
And that’s not even the tip of the imagination
keeping me company while I’m stuck in hibernation.
Please catch my pieces in the soft dirt beneath.
Accept me and grow what’s left into a mighty something.
Uproot the weeds that might strangle me. Transform me.
Shed light on the season I’m being groomed to allow in peace.
Glimmers and serendipities, uncovering deep-seeded mysteries,
feed and fertilize the best thoughts resting between.
Thank you for nurturing me endlessly,
for no reason but to witness my growing!
Love,
Your Seedling
