While I was scrubbing floors this morning I found myself thinking of oranges.
-> The simple elegance of a perfectly contained vessel full of fiber and mineral water.
-> The ‘behind the scenes’ dance between the trees and environments that lead to their best production.
As I scrubbed at an especially tough spot, I pondered the delicate balance required for Orange Trees to flourish. The subtle ironies left me laughing, mind blown over the joyful simplicity between needing moist environments and plenty of sunshine.
The ah-ha moment that the cleaning session led to ended simply…
-> of course, they need more water to accomplish their fruition because… oranges.
A delicacy known for their abundant juices…
The idea of it all had me riding wave after wave of experiences I’ve shared with the warm sunshine spreading over my face through the open window.
I owe so many of my favorite moments to vibrant sunny days offering me every reason and opportunity to interact with the pleasant environment spreading itself over the space of a given day.
In the end, I came to the conclusion, there is nothing better for universal growth than the basics… sunshine, moisture, and Good soil are a few of my favorite keys to growing anything. The drier it seems the deeper the roots must reach for the resources they require…
